The 1% Club viewers have paid tribute to a contestant after it was revealed he died after appearing on the series.
The ITV game show, which is hosted by Lee Mack, regularly sees him chatting with the 100 contestants who appear each week.
On the latest episode, one of them was Steven Wong, 52, who shared a story about nearly becoming a Hollywood star.
While trying to work his way through the questions to win the £100,000 prize, Steven spoke about how he was very nearly cast in the hit 1984 film Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom alongside Harrison Ford.
Recalling how his parents had taken him for an acting audition as a child, Steven said: ‘I didn’t realise this but apparently, we got down to the final two and it was me and another kid.
‘Don’t forget this was only when I was about 10!’

However he missed out on the role, which went to Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan.
By the end of the episode, it was two others – Daniel and Mitul- who made it to the 1% question, with the latter getting it correct and walking away with £99,000.
Despite the exciting result, viewers were then given the sad news that Steven had died after filming.

A few years ago, Tipping Point host Ben Shephard also paid tribute to a contestant who died after appearing on the show.
Alan, a retired mystery shopper from Glasgow, didn’t make it past the first round, however his family wanted his episode to still air and be enjoyed by viewers.
Taking to Twitter to send his condolences to Alan’s family, host Ben penned: ‘We were so very sad to hear about Alan’s passing, he was such a gent and great fun on Tipping Point.
‘I know the family were keen that his episode could be enjoyed by everyone as much as he enjoyed being a part of it! My deepest sympathies to Alan’s wife and their family.’
The 1% Club airs Saturdays at 8.35pm on ITV1.
