WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has been seen on camera seemingly slurring his words and arguing with staff at a restaurant in Florida.

The 75-year-old retired wrestler revealed over the weekend that he had been ‘asked to leave’ Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Gainesville over a row with staff at the establishment.

In a post on X, Flair claimed he spent $1,500 ‘to be disrespected’ more than I ever have in my entire life’ after being told to leave over an ‘issue’ with ‘the kitchen manager taking too long in the bathroom’.

Footage from the alleged incident has emerged on social media, showing Flair stood at the counter rowing with members of staff.

‘Well I didn’t do anything wrong except spend money, and put this place over, and bring my family and friends here. That is bad for you,’ he can be heard telling a man, warning him to ‘watch social media’.

He then asked his name, and called the employee a ‘d**khead’, with the man responding: ‘You don’t have to call me like that.’

The former world champion, who has recently claimed he suffered a heart attack during his retirement match in 2022, can be seen standing up taller and again denying doing anything wrong.

‘I didn’t do one thing wrong. I walk into a bathroom,’ he argued, before the man said: ‘You accosted my kitchen manager.’

Flair questioned how he ‘accosted’ him, asking if he ‘touched’ the kitchen manager, with the man claiming the wrestling star – who signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) last year – ‘said a curse word’.

Turning his attention to a female member of staff on the other side of the counter, Flair said: ‘I’m gonna give you a thousand dollar tip just to say to him, “Kiss my ass!” ‘

‘You’re disrespecting me, telling you to leave,’ he said, directing his attention to the man, who insisted: ‘I’m not telling you to leave, we’re just telling you that you’re cut off.’

He then pointed to another member of staff, and said: ‘This guy and I are cool, she and I are cool, and along comes Egyptian.’

‘I’ll say it again, you’re a dips***,’ he added, before the first worker told Flair to ‘get out of here right now’.

‘I’m leaving, trust me. I won’t come back yet,’ Flair replied, and then said: ‘Come outside here and talk to me like a man.’

‘I’m not gonna do that because I’m on the clock,’ the man responded, with Flair laughing: ‘Of course you are, you’re on the pu**y clock.’

Before the footage appeared online, Piesanos co-owner Jerry Roberts has claimed ‘evidence was clear’ but didn’t explain why Flair was asked to leave.

He added in a statement to The Gainesville Sun: ‘We have reviewed video of the incident that took place recently at our restaurant. It is clear, our team worked in a professional manner to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

‘We have thanked our team for their professionalism. We are proud of how they responded to this situation using and displaying our team values.’
