Loose Women star Judi Love has addressed her viral reaction to Lorraine Kelly’s Bafta win with an ‘official statement’ after fans went wild with speculation.
At last night’s Bafta TV Awards, Lorraine was honoured with a Special Award to commemorate her impressive 40 years in the business, which she received from Succession actor Brian Cox.
As her speech drew to a close, the ITV talkshow host told the audience that she looked forward to celebrating and the camera panned to Judi, who looked as though she was rolling her eyes.
While some fans interpreted this expression to mean that Judi possibly had an ‘issue’ with Lorraine, on Monday morning, the Loose Women star poured cold water on that insinuation in the best way possible.
In a post shared on Instagram, Judi, 43, posted the video of Lorraine accepting the award before she was seen rolling her eyes, writing in her caption: ‘After last night incident and now this morning becoming international news! I’d like to make an official statement.. Swipe left! @lorraine @lorrainekellysmith.’
As Instagram users swiped left, they were presented with a second video of Lorraine, 64, and Judi standing back to back, jokingly rolling their eyes at each other before bursting into laughter.

Fans were absolutely loving how the pair of TV stars made light of the situation.
‘Great response 🔥🔥,’ wrote Ebony on Instagram, while Evelyn commented: ‘Love this. Best response ever 😂.’
‘I love it! Don’t change one bit Judi! 😌🤣🤣🤣🤣,’ Pamela added, as Terry stated: ‘Well done ladies.’
During her acceptance speech at the Baftas, Lorraine shared one of the biggest takeaways that she’s realised from her illustrious career in TV.
‘I suppose if I’ve learned anything at all over the past 40 years, it’s what’s the point of having all that experience if you don’t actually share it, and if you don’t actually pass it on, and help other people,’ she said on stage.
