Former Good Morning Britain co-hosts Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan were back in the ITV building together.
Although they didn’t appear on screen at the same time, Susanna reacted to Piers being part of another ITV daytime show.
While presenting Good Morning Britain, Susanna, 53, and Ed Balls, 57, chatted to Lorraine Kelly, 64, about what was coming up on her self-titled show.
The Bafta-winning host told Susanna she was set to chat with Piers, 59, about Baby Reindeer.
She responded: ‘That interview that Piers did with the woman allegedly the subject of that Netflix mega-hit, Baby Reindeer, was fascinating.’
‘I look forward to seeing Piers,’ she added with a smile.

Piers quit Good Morning Britain in 2021 after six years following an argument with weatherman Alex Beresford about Meghan Markle on live TV. The heated exchange ended with Piers walking off the set. He referenced the viral moment in a post on X today.
‘Just walked past the @GMB studio and nearly stormed back IN!’ he joked.
Clearly having fun with being back inside the ITV studios, he posted a mirror selfie with the words: ‘Let loose in ITV again…’ which referred to an illuminated sign also in the shot.

Susanna recently spoke about how she’s been able to maintain a friendship with Piers following his exit and even revealed he still watches the show.
‘I am still friends with Piers. We were doing a story about potholes last week. I got a text from Piers saying: “You are currently filming in the car park next to my home in Sussex. I can tell you personally what the potholes are like.” So he still watches and tells me what he thinks,’ she told The Mirror.
‘And, look, we are personally still very connected. He played a massive part in our show’s success. I’ve got a huge amount to thank him for. He made me a better broadcaster.
‘He toughened me up. I didn’t just go on air and spar with the guests, I sparred with Piers.’
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6.30am on ITV1 and ITVX.
