Inbetweeners star Emily Atack looked radiant in a blue dress and matching sash as she threw a baby shower this week.
Emily, 34, announced her pregnancy in December last year, revealing a photo of her growing bump on her Instagram account.
The actress is expecting her first child – a baby boy – with partner Dr Alistair Garner in April – yes, last month.
‘I’ve never been so happy and utterly terrified at the same time. Please go easy on me,’ the Inbetweeners and I’m A Celebrity star wrote as she shared the news last year.
Since then, Emily has kept her followers updated on her pregnancy journey, including a recent moment when she revealed the baby’s sex during an appearance on BBC Breakfast.
Now heavily pregnant and with the baby overdue, Emily held a baby shower this week – showing off the bump from beneath a flowing blue dress.

‘3,789 months pregnant,’ wrote Emily in the caption of her post, which showed her proudly showing off her baby bump in a long blue dress.
In an Instagram Story from actor and comedian Amy Gledhill, Emily could be seen wearing a sash emblazoned with the words ‘Preggs’ – humorously imitating the iconic Greggs logo.
‘@Emilyatack making the Preggs sash look FIT,’ Amy wrote, tagging her pal in the post.

Further pics from the shower showed Emily and Alistair unwrapping what looked like a new baby-grow, while another revealed Amy celebrating after winning a game of hook-a-duck at her friend’s party.
In the comments below Emily’s post, fans shared their admiration for Emily’s baby shower look, with compliments going in equal measure for the blue dress and impressive baby bump.
Meanwhile, others couldn’t help but notice how long Emily seemed to have been pregnant.

‘It literally feels like you’ve been pregnant forever,’ wrote @waggykeri.
‘MAXIMUM PREGNANT,’ yelled @nickjaybruno.
‘Remember back in ‘Nam when you were pregnant?’ joked @abby_andrews.
‘Bloody beautiful. And don’t let any other troll tell you otherwise. Also – it does end and you will meet the baby I promise. Just feels like FOREVER,’ said @jademarie_helen.

Since announcing her pregnancy last year, Emily’s baby bump has become a surprising talking point – attracting the attention of Internet trolls in the months which followed.
In keeping fans updated on her baby journey, many have noticed that she often appears to be cradling her midriff in the pictures she shares.
This, bizarrely, has attracted the ire and offence of some followers, who have taken to social media to share their strange remarks.

‘How heavy is the bump? Not seen a picture with your hand off it,’ wrote one social media user after Emily shared a picture of herself at the Bafta awards in a white gown.
Sharing the comment, Emily hit back, writing: ‘I find this so interesting. I, like so many women, get so many comments and questions like this (mainly from men) asking why I feel the need to always be cradling my baby bump, or touching it in some way.
‘It seems to really irritate some people. My only answer is that it’s my baby I’m physically and literally carrying. It’s one of the most natural instincts in the world. It’s a sign of affection and protection.
‘And I’m probably hungry too,’ she joked, before signing off: ‘Hope this answers your pestiferous questions.’
Mic, drop.
