‘About time’ gush Primark shoppers as overlooked Disney film finally gets its own range – and they ‘need every item’

DISNEY fans have been left in a frenzy after spotting Primark’s heroic efforts with a new nightwear collection.

The bargain store’s Braehead branch – which hails itself as the best Primark in Scotland – revealed that “Hercules has arrived” last week.

Staff showed off the new arrivals in a short clip with the racks full of new stock.

Primark bosses say the highly anticipated collection will take your PJ drawer “from zero to hero”.

They added: “Mount Olympus is a kingdom amongst the clouds so we couldn’t think of better setting for your sweet dreams, which is why we’re offering you these Disney’s Hercules pyjamas!

“And there’s no need to go the distance for these cotton PJs as they’re available for Click and Collect!”

The Hercules shorts set will set you back £11, while the baby pegasus leggings and matching top are priced at £10 each, and the tie-dye sleep T-shirt costs £12.

All items are available in sizes XXS to XXL.

And if you’re looking to incorporate a bit of Hercules magic into your everyday outfit, there’s also a three-pack of branded socks being sold for £4.50.

The Scottish Primark store’s video has racked up more than 355,000 views with Disney fans racing to get their hands on the PJs.

“I need those baby Pegasus pyjamas”, gushed one.

A second exclaimed: “FINALLY. My fav.”

“Omg I need them all Hercules is my faveee”, echoed a third.

A fourth wrote: “About time Herc got some recognition.”

A fifth said: “I need every single item. One of my faves.”

Meanwhile, a sixth admitted: “First time I wanna run to Primarni.”

But other disappointed shoppers had the same complaint about the new range – and it really showed their commitment to the Hercules brand.

“Why is it always pyjamas? I want stuff I can actually wear outside”, fumed one.

Someone else chimed in: “Why always pyjamas? The first T-shirt is ace but it’s CROPPED?!!”

And a third pleaded: “Please can you stop doing cropped T-shirts with the shorts all the time? We like proper T-shirts.”

Elsewhere in the nightwear department, a £12 pyjama top has been hailed as the “nicest shirt on the planet” – with one fashion fan vowing to wear it out and about.

Lauren insists the high-street store’s bargain ‘Paisley Satin Pyjama Nightshirt’ deserves to be seen “even more than just leaving out the bins.”

“Just because I bought this in the pyjama section does not mean that I can’t wear this out of the house”, she said.

Why is Primark the place to go to for bargains?

JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering on-trend items at such incredible prices? According to bosses, it’s down to four points.

They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to that, they are able to make savings by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
They “do very little advertising”
While their clothes offer the “latest trends”, they “don’t use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
And lastly, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to pack our t-shirts so they are ready to go straight on shelf”.
