Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been hit with another abuse lawsuit.
The scandal-plagued rapper, 54, who has just apologised for beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura after footage emerged of the 2016 assault, is being accused by former model Crystal McKinney of forcing her to perform a sex act on him after allegedly promising her a career boost.
In her filing, which emerged on Tuesday, the former model says she met Combs at a 2003 Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City, where he invited her back to his music studio.
Crystal, who was aged 22 at the time, said the singer and several of his entourage were drinking and smoking cannabis at the studio.
She admitted she smoked with them, describing the weed as ‘very powerful’ and claiming in her suit she ‘later came to understand’ that the joint may have been laced with another drug, the lawsuit claims according to Sky News.
Combs then allegedly ordered her to follow him into the bathroom, where Crystal says he forced himself on her by kissing her and shoving her head to his crotch before ordering her to perform a sex act.
The woman said when refused Combs pushed her head down again and forced her into the act.

Crystal adds in her lawsuit she later lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, where she realized she had been sexually assaulted.
She states she was then blacklisted from the modelling industry and blamed herself for ‘sabotaging her own career’.
Crystal – who is seeking undisclosed damages from Combs – attempted suicide in 2004 and was hospitalised, according to her filing.
Combs, who has changed his name to Sean Love Combs, said in an apology video on Instagram about his attack on Cassie: ‘I was f****** up. I mean I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses. My behaviour on that video is inexcusable.
‘I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it and I’m disgusted now.’
He was hit with a wave of lawsuits in late 2023 and early 2024, including allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault.

The cases remain active, and he has denied all claims against him.
This comes as his ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton says watching him assault Cassie in the vile video has ‘triggered her own trauma’.
Misa, 51, who was his first public relationship and with whom he has son Justin, 30, has now said watching the tape – released by CNN – has dredged up her own ‘trauma’ over being with the rapper.
She said on Instagram alongside photos of Combs’ seven children: ‘I am heartbroken that Cassie must relive the horror of her abuse, and my heart goes out to her.
‘I know exactly how she feels, and through my empathy, it has triggered my own trauma.’
Misa added her child and his siblings ‘were raised by women that want the best for them’.

Referring to Combs’ 17-year-old twin daughters, Jesse and D’Lila, whose mum Kim Porter died from pneumonia in November 2018 aged 47, she said: ‘We put God and education first and have always been united in our mutual effort to support their dreams.
‘Two of the youngest do not have their mother here and it has been our duty to support them.’
Fashion designer Misa, who dated Combs in the early 1990s, ended her message by saying he ‘needs help’.
She also said she’s ‘praying that he truly does the personal work and receives it.’
Combs issued an apology video on his Instagram days after footage of his attack on Cassie emerged, blaming it on being in a dark place.
He began: ‘It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you’ve gotta do that.’

He continued: ‘I was f***ed up. I mean, I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses. My behaviour in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.
‘I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now.’
Diddy added: ‘I went and I sought professional help, started going to therapy, I’ve been going to rehab. I had to ask God for His mercy and grace.
‘I’m so sorry. But, I’ve committed to being a better man, each and every day.’
He concluded: ‘I’m not asking for forgiveness, I’m truly sorry.’
Several stars spoke out against him, including 50 Cent, and Emily Ratajkowski, who branded him a ‘monster’.
Diddy is facing a series of lawsuits from women lodged in late 2023 and early 2024 that include allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault, and he denies all claims against him.
