The Sidemen have created a new reality gameshow called Inside, which will offer a huge potential prize fund of £1,000,000.
Rather than air on a traditional broadcaster, it will go straight to YouTube but is set to rival ITV and Channel 4 shows such as Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win and Tempting Fortune, with gripping episodes.
The masterminds behind your possible next obsession are social media stars -Ethan Payne (Behzinga), Harry Lewis (W2S), Joshua Bradley (Zerkaa), Olajide “JJ” Olatunji (KSI), Simon Minter (Miniminter), Tobit “Tobi” Brown (TBJZL) and Vikram “Vik” Barn (Vikkstar123) – who are collectively known as The Sidemen.
They have a decade of experience producing content, but their latest project in this new realm may be their most ambitious so far. The real-life best friends will be doing it all when the brand new online reality show begins on June 2 – as well as producing the show, they will be popping up on the screen as hosts.
The new concept will see 10 celebrity contestants placed inside a house for seven days. Although the names are yet to be announced, they’ve teased that viewers will be familiar with the social media and reality TV stars chosen to take part.
Rather than kicking back and waiting for the money to clear in their accounts, they will take part in challenges to avoid elimination.

They won’t have to build the cash up because from the moment they arrive the prize pot will stand at one million pounds. Of course, this is a gameshow so it won’t be as easy as just waiting for the time to run down, there is a huge catch!
Each decision they make will come at a cost, with funds deducted as the week progresses. For example, hot water will be £100 per minute, and access to locked rooms could set them back £25,000. We’d opt for cold showers and open rooms for those prices.

‘The Sidemen will cheekily control contestants’ every move, and failing challenges will slowly subtract from the prize fund each day,’ the synopsis teases.
‘Housemates, who will be eliminated from day three, will however have a chance to add money back into the pot, with the concluding challenge seeing the final two housemates going head-to-head as viewers find out who will be crowned the winner, taking home the jackpot all for themselves.
‘Expect drama, all the laughs and some very tough decisions.’

The Sidemen have posted hundreds of videos on their YouTube, which has 21.2 million subscribers, but that’s not all they’ve been up to.
Utilising their popularity, the super-group has turned its hand to a multitude of other avenues – including a Netflix documentary, music, clothing, their own vodka, a premium video platform Side+ where fans can watch exclusive content for a monthly fee and fast food chain Sides.
Could a successful gameshow be the newest addition to their growing list of achievements? We don’t have long to wait to find out…
Episode one of Inside will go live on the Sidemen’s Youtube channel on June 2 at 7pm and will be aired for 8 days with the final episode going live on June 9
