If you thought pineapple on pizza was bad, Gordon Ramsay has gone a step further by putting baked beans and black pudding on the beloved dish.

The celebrity chef, 57, recently shared a video of himself making a ‘Full English Breakfast Pizza’ on his social media channels.

In it, he topped the pizza with egg, sausage, bacon and black pudding.

He then added a sauce made from baked beans, tomato and Bloody Mary cocktail ingredients vodka, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

As he explained: ‘We’ve eaten lots of pizzas and I’m going to create something new and exciting for breakfast.’

Despite the chef wanting to push the boundaries, his idea didn’t go down too well with many.

‘Gordon declares war on Italy,’ user Michael commented on the YouTube video.

‘I’ve just heard that the International Criminal Court has issued Gordon Ramsay with a warrant for his arrest. His crime = BAKED BEANS ON PIZZA!!!’ Will declared.

‘I am convinced he is intentionally antagonising the Italians at this point,’ user svsguru2000 added.

As another user pointed out: ‘If a restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares was serving this, he would lose his s***. “BEANS??? ON A F***ING PIZZA!? IT’S A DISGRACE TO ITALY.’

Others weighed in and said they were ‘horrified’, while another joked the British ‘should lose their pizza privileges’.

Someone else even went so far to apologise ‘on behalf of the British people’ and said, ‘this will not happen again’.

Clearly knowing how Italians might react, Gordon said in the video that he was likely going to be ‘banned’ from the country.

Last year Gordon also revealed his own children weren’t afraid to call out his cooking.

The foul-mouthed cooking star who famously berates others for getting recipes wrong, being sloppy with presentation, and mucking up timings admitted he did burn things at times too.

Speaking to People, the restaurateur – who has six kids with wife Tana – said they aren’t afraid to push his buttons.

‘If they want to tell me I’m wrong or they want to critique the food, I laugh,’ he said.

‘Tilly was talking about one of the dishes last week, and I said, “Look, there’s caramelised garlic.” And she got her fork in there and said, “Dad, it’s burnt. Caramelisation is not black. Look it up in the dictionary”.’

He added he ‘liked it when they test me’.
