A Strictly Come Dancing star has been left ‘devastated’ after explicit photos were leaked online, it’s been reported.
In recent weeks, the BBC programme has been rocked by allegations against Giovanni Pernice regarding his behaviour in the training room with his celebrity partners.
An investigation is said to have been launched, while the professional dancer stressed in a statement that he ‘rejects any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour’, and that he looks ‘forward to clearing my name’.
In the latest blow to a star of the series, it’s been claimed that an unnamed star has suffered a ‘huge betrayal of trust’ after the alleged leak of intimate pictures.
A source told The Sun: ‘It’s a huge betrayal of trust and it has left them shaken. They will be taking action to get them taken down but it’s a real blow.

In 2019, it was reported that Strictly producers had told contestants on the show to contact their ex-partners over concerns about the possibility of explicit pictures and videos being leaked.
A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Obviously everyone has a history, and many of the celebs have probably done things in the past that they wouldn’t necessarily do now.
They emphasised how ‘sexting’ had become far more ‘prevalent’ in recent years.
‘But all it takes is for a private photo or video to be sent on to someone else, and the next thing you know, the photo is circulating and being leaked online.’

The source added that contestants had reportedly been told by Strictly executives to ‘safeguard themselves against anything potentially embarrassing’.
‘Friends, partners and ex’s have all been asked for their discretion, and the hope is nothing else mortifying will emerge this series,’ they stated.
In the months leading up to the 2024 series of Strictly, there has already been speculation about which celebrities will be taking part.
Rumoured contestants include The Traitors star Mollie Pearce, comedian Chris McCausland, Ted Lasso legend Hannah Waddingham and actress Nicola Peltz.
