Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck ‘set to sell $60,000,000 home’ amid divorce rumours-Laura Harman-Entertainment – Metro

It has been reported that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are set to sell the Beverly Hills mansion they purchased just last year.

Split rumours have been circling Ben, 51, and Jennifer, 54 for the past few weeks but the couple has continued to show a united front. 

Despite being seen together in public, and even sharing a public kiss, intense scrutiny has followed the pair as J-Lo cancelled her entire tour – only adding fuel to the flames. 

It has now been reported that the couple, who married in 2022, is now set to sell their Beverly Hills love nest. 

TMZ reported: ‘TMZ has learned they are quietly trying to sell the home they bought after they married.

‘Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, J Lo and Ben are using realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the home they bought a little over a year ago to this day.’

The outlet added: ‘The then-newlyweds snagged the enormous Beverly Hills mansion for just over $60 million.’

The couple bought the mansion after reportedly viewing around 80 properties during the search for the perfect home for their blended family.

It has also been reported that if the property sells now, the couple will make a loss as they invested money into several changes to the family home.

The 43,000 square foot property boasts 17 bedrooms, garages for 15 cars, and an outdoor sports complex complete with a basketball and pickleball court, a gym, boxing ring and bar and a 150-degree zero edge pool. 

There is also a guest and caretaker property in addition to the main building of the house. 

Reports have also suggested that the couple are living separately at the moment, with Ben staying in a rental in Brentwood and Jennifer allegedly already on the hunt for a new property.

In May, Jennifer was asked by a reporter while promoting her new film Atlas: ‘Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumours? What is the truth?’

Jennifer’s Atlas co-star Simu Liu stepped in to answer: ‘Okay we’re not doing that. Thank you so much guys, we really appreciate it. Thank you.’

JLo then refused to answer the question but told the reporter: ‘You know better than that.’
