The frontwoman of the 80s band Berlin looks as though she has barely aged a day since finding fame with her hit single.
Terri Nunn, 62, found fame as the lead singer of the synth pop-rock band – best known for their hit single Take My Breath Away.
The song, released in 1986, rocketed to the top of the charts after featuring in the Tom Cruise megahit Top Gun, released that same year.
In a busy year for the band, it went on to win both the Academy Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.
Founded in 1978, Berlin originally featured Terri as the singer alongside Bassist and vocalist John Crawford, keyboardists David Diamond and Matt Reid, plus guitarist Ric Olsen and drummer Rob Brill.
Showing up in a recent television appearance, Terri barely appears to have aged since the band’s heyday – rocking the same blonde and black highlighted hair and wearing a punky red cutout jumper over a black vest.

Talking about the song to Fox, Terri said: ‘That song really opened up the whole world for us because prior to that we were well known in America and some of Japan and Australia, but it was really Take My Breath Away that opened up the rest of the world and allowed us to play everywhere.’
However, a year after finding success with their signature song, the group disbanded over personal disagreements over the single.
While Terri enjoyed the fresh fame its success brought, the other members are said to have disliked that the song had not been written or composed by any of them.

Following some legal wrangling with group founder John Crawford, Terri emerged with the rights to the band’s name, allowing her to reform the group with a new line-up in 1997.
Leading the all-new Berlin, Terri enlisted current bandmates Dave Schulz, Carlton Bost and Ric ‘Rocc’ Roccapriore. In 2019, original co-founders Crawford and Dunn reunited with Berlin for the album Transcendence.
Berlin continues to perform with recent hits such as Lightning Mcqueen, Nantucket and New England.

Recent years saw the band make headlines for all the wrong reasons – playing at a New Year’s Eve party during lockdown… for Donald J. Trump, at his Mar-a-Lago result.
Following the backlash, Terri was apologetic, writing: ‘I am truly sorry I performed at Mar-a-Lago and would not have done so if I’d known what I learned while I was there.
‘My goal in performing was not to support a political party. I see now that that’s not how that appeared and I am apologetic for that as well.’
