I’m a size 18-20 & found the dream nightie in Tesco – it’s so gorgeous I’m going to wear it to garden parties all summer

BRIDGERTON-style fashion has been dominating the rails in recent weeks to celebrate the return of the Netflix series.

From puff sleeves and corsets to pretty florals, there’s plenty of outfit nods you can give to your favourite show.

Tesco has even launched its own range of Bridgerton-style pyjamas and nighties.

The collection features pastel and flowery designs including a wisteria-print two-piece so you can look regal for bedtime.

Prices start from just £17.50 too, so it won’t break the bank.

And a savvy shopper has even insisted you can wear part of the nightwear range outside the house.

Plus-sized fashion fan Rachel Spicer, from Falkirk, picked up the £22.50 satin chemise in her local store.

Modelling the blue floral midi nightdress, the size 18-20 beauty said: “Bloody love when F&F Clothing have 25% off with your club card.

“This is the Bridgerton pyjama collab. It’s so soft and silky.

“I honestly think with a pair of Spanx I could wear this to a garden party during the summer.

“It’s not giving pyjama vibes. I love it, I feel classy [and] it’s comfy.”

Indeed, the satin number wouldn’t look out of place paired with a denim jacket and sandals.

It could also be dressed up with heels and a lilac or green handbag for a pop of colour.

Rachel’s social media clip has racked up 150,000 views, with people loving the pretty nightie.

“The pjs wich could definitely be worn as a dress”, insisted one person

A second joked: “[It] will be great for summer IF IT EVER GETS HERE!”

Meanwhile, a third added: “I literally love you and your vibe so much.”

With F&F clothing only available in Tesco supermarkets, you’ll need to visit your local store to get the collection.

You’d best hurry as the range is only available for a limited time.

Reasons to shop supermarket fashion

When looking for new pieces to add to your seasonal wardrobe, or update your basics, there’s no need to spend hours walking around clothes shops, or scrolling online.

Just pick up a dress or two alongside your fruit and veg…
They’re convenient – Chances are you visit your supermarket more times than a shopping centre or high street.
It’s affordable – For basics  to more fashion-led pieces, supermarkets are leading the way for budget fashion that doesn’t look cheap.
They’re more on-trend that you think – With a customer database larger than the average high street store, shops like ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Tesco are able to cater to the markets and predict trends in a lot more areas than just food supply.
They fit well – Fits and lengths often come with a little more modesty in mind. Fabrics are often highly practical too—think plenty of 100% cotton that can be thrown into the washing machine without thought.
