Justin Timberlake ‘arrested for driving while intoxicated’-Josie Copson-Entertainment – Metro

Justin Timberlake has reportedly been arrested for driving while intoxicated.

The singer was driving in the Hamptons when the incident occurred, according to a report by ABC News.

They allege that a law enforcement officer said the arrest occurred Monday night in Sag Harbor Police Department, New York. 

The 43-year-old will appear in court today (Tuesday June 18), it is claimed.

Timberlake has two upcoming concerts booked in Chicago this weekend, and a further two occurring in New York next week.

A representative for Sag Harbor told TMZ that Timberlake is currently in custody at their station. They claim that a release of further information is imminent.

The publication also alleges that Timberlake met friends at a hotel Monday night for dinner.

‘At around 12:30 AM, we’re told he got into his car to drive back to where he was staying … only to be pulled over almost immediately after he took the wheel,’ they reported.
