I work in M&S and found the perfect jeans for my thick thighs, they’re only £35 and so flattering

AN M&S employee has revealed the perfect jeans in store for all the “thick thigh” gals – and they’re only £35.

Amy, who works in the high street giant’s Stirling branch, was on the hunt for some flattering denim to suit her curves.

And she’s found the dream match with the ‘Wide-Leg Jeans’.

Modelling them on the shop floor, she said: “I’m wearing the wide leg fit jeans.

“What I like about these jeans is they’re very flattering on someone like myself who has thicker thighs.

“But they’ve also got a small waist as well, so they’re really flattering.”

The jeans are available in sizes 6-24 and come in petite, regular and long.

They are also available in six shades of denim including chocolate, ecru and indigo mix.

M&S bosses say: “Fitting slim at the hips and loose through the leg, wide-leg jeans are the statement style that’s incredibly comfy.

“This high-waisted pair comes in an authentic stretch denim that’s made using soft, responsibly sourced cotton.

“Wear them with heels for a leg-lengthening look or with trainers for a more dressed-down take.”

And it’s not just Amy who’s loving them as the jeans have racked up more than 2,000 glowing reviews from satisfied shoppers.

One said: “Really pleased with these jeans, my first denim purchase from M&S; would normally go with a US fashion brand but liked these on a friend and much more economical!”

A second gushed: “Got three different colours in these will be getting the other three. They are an amazing fit true to size. The best jeans going.”

A third, who also owns more than one pair, echoed: “SO comfortable, gorgeous fit on the bottom and waist.

“So flattering , feel amazing in them, I have the Ecru too.”

A fourth revealed: “I fancied some wide leg jeans as a change from skinny or straight and these didn’t disappoint.

“I’ve got two pairs now and will definitely buy more. They are also good value for money.”

“I loved these so much I immediately bought another pair”, wrote a fifth fashionista.

“They fit the body well, very flattering. They are also really comfortable and have a bit of stretch.”

Meanwhile, a sixth chimed in: “Lovely jeans that are very flattering.

“I have struggled with finding good fitting jeans so had to buy a couple of pairs.”

Why everyone is loving M&S

Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explained:

“M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there is so much good product to be excited about.
“A brand once known for its ‘frumpy fashion’ that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high street stores for womenswear.
“Its handbag range in particular is super strong with them selling 170% vs plan, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price.
“The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year, this comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but how easy they are to wear also.
“Price is also a big factor with you being able to get many good quality pieces all for under £30.
“After having a sneak peek of the upcoming collection there are so many more amazing pieces that are dropping over the next few months to keep your eyes on.
“Think leopard print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year on year.”
