Amy Katrianne, a fashion fan from the UK, has shared her latest buys from Asda, including a £7 bra that gives your cleavage a huge boost and a summer dress that is perfect for barbecues.

Posting on the official George at Asda social media account, the much-loved chain penned: ‘Shop our latest summer ready fashion online and in stores now, including our latest sale. Save 50% on selected Clothing, Home, Footwear, and Accessories.’

In the short clip, Amy held up her large Asda order and beamed: “I did some damage on George at Asda.”

To kick off her haul of new buys, Amy tried on the Entice Yellow Broderie Padded T-Shirt bra, which had been reduced from £12 to just £7, and the matching thong, which was slashed from £6 to £3.

Thrilled with her new underwear set, the influencer explained: “How beautiful is this lingerie set? I got this lacy thong in a size 8 and the matching bra.

“Love the lace detail, love the colour, love the fit, it’s super comfy.”

As she looked down at her boobs, she said: “I just can’t get over…how did you appear?!”

The content creator then modelled the Chocolate Textured Waistcoat and Skirt Co-ord and continued: “There is only one word I’m going to use to describe this outfit and that is wow.

“The quality is phenomenal, it’s like this waffle material and it’s in a deep, rich chocolate brown.

“How is this George at Asda? I just can’t get over it. I love it.”

Following on from this, we then saw Amy rock the red Floral Halter Neck Cut Out Maxi Dress, which has been reduced from £22 down to £12.

Thrilled with her new frock, Amy added: “This was an instant purchase.”

Is supermarket fashion the new high street?

DEPUTY Fashion Editor Abby McHale weighs in:

The supermarkets have really upped their game when it comes to their fashion lines. These days, as you head in to do your weekly food shop you can also pick up a selection of purse-friendly, stylish pieces for all the family.
Tesco has just announced a 0.7 per cent increase in the quarter thanks to a ‘strong growth in clothing’ and M&S has earnt the title of the number one destination for womenswear on the high street.
Asda’s clothing line George has made £1.5 million for the supermarket in 2023, 80 per cent of Sainsbury’s clothes sold at full price rather than discounted and Nutmeg at Morrisons sales are also up 2 per cent in the past year.
So what is it about supermarket fashion that is becoming so successful?
Apart from the clothing actually being affordable, it’s good quality too – with many being part of schemes such as the Better Cotton Initiative.
A lot of the time they keep to classic pieces that they know will last the customer year after year.
Plus because they buy so much stock they can turn around pieces quickly and buy for cheaper because of the volumes.

Alongside the dress, Amy wore her new white Side Stripe Slim Retro Trainers, which are £16 from the supermarket, as she confessed: “I have a BBQ next weekend and you’ll catch me wearing this there.

“It is so pretty. I love.”

To finish off the haul, Amy modelled the khaki Zebra Maxi Sundress, which is £22, as she concluded: “This dress has shocked me a little bit because it’s not something I would usually go for but I actually really love it.
