Tammy Slaton has left fans in floods of tears after unveiling her weight loss transformation, proudly announcing that she has lost hundreds of pounds.

The 38-year-old has let cameras into her journey to slim down for years, and currently fronts TLC series 1000-Lb Sisters, alongside her sister, Amy Slaton.

While we’re all patiently waiting for any details on season six, the star has revealed that her efforts are still going strong away from the cameras.

Taking to TikTok, she could be seen surrounded by a group of pals as they all took turns to celebrate their separate weight loss, before sharing that they had dropped a combined total of 2,078lbs.

When Tammy walked into the shot, a number flashed up on screen, announcing that she had lost 500lbs in a huge move.

Followers couldn’t get over the difference and immediately flooded the comments section of the post, branding the reality favorite an ‘inspiration’ and commending her efforts.

Ms Bane penned: ‘I’m crying. So damn proud of you Tammy! YOU DID THAT GIRL! YOU DID THAT.’

Shell Bell said: ‘This is so inspirational, all of you! But Tammy! You take the cake!! So happy for you young woman.’

Brendazzle was also emotional over the post, agreeing: ‘Happy tears. Congratulations ladies! I’m so happy for you all.

‘This world is so much better with strong, determined, beautiful women like you all. Be proud of yourselves!’

While many, many more begged for any hints of a new series of 1000-Lb Sisters, after season five came to a heartbreaking end in February.

Sadly, there is no new information around on whether we’ll be getting any more new episodes, with both Tammy and Amy remaining tight-lipped over an update.

Over the last few years, Tammy has documented her decision to slim down on the hit TLC series, and previously dropped around 200lbs to get considered for bariatric surgery.

‘I did that! I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited – just all the emotions,’ she told the cameras after her hard work was rewarded.

‘I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got my told-you-so moment!’

She didn’t let the operation slow her down and has since gone from her heaviest weight of 725lbs to less than 285lbs.

Speaking to People Magazine in December, she said: ‘One of the big changes that I have gone through this past year is probably small to most people.

‘But for me it was huge.

‘Just being able to walk without a walker or be pushed in a wheelchair, and no oxygen. I don’t even sleep with it at night anymore.

‘Then it was being able to fit in a regular vehicle, front seat, and then the belt buckle, and not have to use an extender now. So I mean, just what seems minor to some people is giant for me.’
