As one of the latest items to have just hit the shelves, the free-flowing trousers are part of the Autumn/Winter 2024 collection with ASDA George.

They are an affordable alternative to a high-end designer pair from Max Mara, who are currently selling similar for £535.

The trousers can be styled with sandals, trainers or heels and can be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion.

In the fashion world, leopard print retains its status as a perennial favourite.

Recent seasons have seen designers infuse new life into this classic pattern with creative cuts and striking colours.

Fashion fans aren’t afraid to share their thoughts on the savvy buy.

One shopper, who is 5ft 3in, said: “I saw the outfit on a morning tv show and thought the model looked great so I went online and found it.

“I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was and wondered if it would look less good than on TV. How wrong was I!

“My first reaction when I put on the whole outfit, top and trousers, was OMG, I couldn’t believe how good it looked.

“I couldn’t believe how good I felt in it. It just goes to prove you don’t have to spend a fortune to look a million dollars.”

Another fashion fan praised the trousers by writing: “The set is beautiful and looks way more expensive than it was.

“I am extremely pleased with the quality of the material and it fits perfectly,” one smart shopper wrote.

Million dollars

Someone else quickly added in: “Bought these trousers along with the matching top after seeing it on This Morning.

“I wasn’t disappointed, the fabric is lovely and soft, making them very comfortable to wear and can be dressed up or down for whatever occasion. I would most definitely recommend it.”
