Joe Wicks has praised his wife Rosie’s ‘sweet’ breast milk as he took a shot of the ‘liquid gold’ en route to Taylor Swift’s concert at Wembley Stadium.

The Body Coach, 38, and his wife surprised their daughter Indigo with tickets to the Love Story singer’s last performance in the UK on Tuesday.

On the way, Joe – updating his Instagram followers – revealed Rosie was pumping breast milk, before then asking his fans whether he should ‘dash it’ out of the car window or drink it himself.

‘We’re just driving to London and Rose had to express because Dusty’s at home,’ he began.

‘Rosie’s had to express some milk on the way and here’s a question for you, should I just dash that out of the window? That beautiful breast milk, or should I drink it for its nutrients and goodness?’

As they made their way to the concert, having already shown Rosie ‘pumping on the go’ and begging her to ‘save me a bit of milk’, Joe revealed he did in fact drink the milk.

He said: ‘I’m going with the vote, on this one, even if the vote had said no, I still would have drank it.

‘I ain’t dashing that! Liquid gold, mama’s milk.

‘The energy and nutrients in that is unbelievable, and actually, believe it or not, it tastes really sweet.

‘It’s like a natural, sweet, vanilla milk, no wonder baby’s love sugar and sweet stuff.’

‘It’s so unoffensive, it’s actually nice,’ he added after shotting it.

Thanking his wife for her milk, he then said: ‘I wouldn’t have it on my porridge or cereal, but it’s nice for a little shot now and again.’

Joe and Rosie welcomed their fourth child, Dusty, on June 17.

The fitness influencer and former glamour model, 33, are also parents to Indie, five, Marley, three, and Leni, one.

Joe previously revealed he wants six kids, saying earlier this year, before announcing they were expecting their fourth child, that they were ‘halfway there’.

The much-loved couple started dating in 2016 and married in a dreamy countryside ceremony in 2019.

Speaking about parenthood in the run-up to their fourth child’s birth, Joe revealed some brutal yet honest truths about raising children.

‘I’ve always visualised having a big family,’ he told The Netmums Podcast. ‘I love the chaos I don’t like quiet.’

While he may enjoy the carnage, Joe shared: ‘It is stressful and they annoy me a lot but I love them so much, I love being around them, it’s wonderful to see my personality and DNA rubbing off on them a little bit, I love that I’m raising good humans.’
