A Baywatch actor has made a shocking admission regarding his on-set behaviour.

While being interviewed on the new ABC News Studios documentary, After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun, Jeremy Jackson confessed to smelling his co-stars’ dirty swimsuits.

The four-part docuseries sheds light on the ‘cultural phenomenon that defined an era’, and provides an unprecedented look into the actors who brought the show to life. At its height, the show attracted over one billion global viewers a week and 15 million in the UK alone. It spawned a spin-off film and will soon be returning to TV over two decades after it went off air.

Jackson was ten years old when he took on the role of Hobie Buchannon in the series, which followed the adventures of beach lifeguards and ran from 1989-2001. It starred David Hasselhoff who played Hobie’s father, Mitch Buchannon, Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, and Brandy Ledford, who incredibly looked pretty similar to the day she joined the show at a recent event to launch the episodes.

The 43-year-old, who was part of the show from 1991-1999, said he would sneak into their trailers so he could sniff people’s belongings during one episode.

‘Going through puberty on Baywatch was painful. I was too young to hook up with the chicks but old enough to want to,’ he said.

‘I would usually sneak into [the women’s] trailers after they were done and grab their dirty bathing suits. Let’s just say I smelled every p***y on Baywatch.’

Jackson added that he had an ‘intimate moment’ with Nicole Eggert, who played Summer Quinn.

‘We had a very intimate moment, her and I, that she never knew about,’ he shared.

When Eggert, 52, was told about the confession, she responded: ‘I knew Jeremy very well, this surprises me not at all,’ before laughing.

She added: ‘I’m not even mad at 14-year-old Jeremy. I mean, puberty on a show like that? I love grown-up Jeremy for being honest about 14-year-old Jeremy.’

While participating in Baywatch, Jackson started abusing drugs and eventually became addicted to crystal meth.

He recalled Hasselhoff, 72, asking him if he was ‘smoking pot’ and Jackson concealed the full truth.

‘When you haven’t slept for five days and you’ve been smoking crystal meth, having somebody look you in the eyes and say ‘Dude, are you OK?’ is like the worst thing that can happen,’ he said.

In 1999, at 19 years of age, Jackson was arrested. ‘I was leaving a residence with two duffel bags full of everything you need to cook crystal meth,’ he recalled during Confidential. ‘Undercover cops swarmed on me.’ He spent 90 days in jail and went to rehab for around the fifth time.

Jackson appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in January 2015. In an incident involving Chloe Goodman, he grabbed the model’s dressing gown and exposed her breasts as she was naked underneath. Jackson was later removed from the house and cautioned.

Jackson spent time in prison in the same year following an alleged stabbing incident.

The former child star now works as a personal trainer.
