After a month of scandals and allegations, MrBeast is trying to clear his name from allegations of being a fraud that fakes content.

This summer has seen a host of accusations thrown at YouTube star Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, including staging content and hosting illegal lotteries, according to former employee and whistleblower DogPack404.

The ex-staffer, who briefly worked in the ideation department, called the YouTuber a ‘fraud’, and also alleged in one of his videos that MrBeast knowingly hired a registered sex offender.

MrBeast hasn’t said a word about the allegations publicly, but it now appears that he will let celebrity attorney Alex Spiro do the talking for him, which has already resulting a fiery cease and desist letter being sent to the whistleblower.

Documents obtained by the Mail Online, who cite a company insider as the source, accuses DogPack404 – revealed to be called Dawson French – of ‘posting misinformation and false statements.’

The document addressed to French, says, ‘In your videos and posts, you have levied false and defamatory allegations against Mr. Beast and Jimmy Donaldson.’

Spiro is a well known attorney, who recently exonerated Alec Baldwin in the Rust shooting trial, where the actor was on trial for involuntary manslaughter.

According to the Mail Online, the leaked document is dated July 31, which is after the first YouTube video (which has been watched over 14 million times) was posted by French, where he accused MrBeast of staging content and hosting illegal lotteries.

The cease and desist arrived after the second video – seen 12 million times – where French interviews another former employee, who claims MrBeast knowingly hired a registered sex offender.

French didn’t pass his trial period while working for MrBeast, which Spiro makes a point of mentioning in his cease and desist letter, saying:

‘You have no understanding of the inner workings of Mr. Beast given that you only spent three weeks at the company on a trial basis before you were fired for conduct even you have characterized as ‘inappropriate’.

‘Instead of speaking about the positive experience you had at Mr. Beast that apparently caused you to desperately want to return to the company, your posts contain misinformation and false statements designed to harm Mr. Beast and Jimmy Donaldson.’

In response, French told the Daily Mail, ‘MrBeast has knowingly kept rapists and pedophiles on payroll (allegedly for legal reasons, although I think some of them were convicted).’

MrBeast also removed co-host Ava Kris Tyson from the popular YouTube channel earlier this summer, after she was accused of having inappropriate online conversations with a minor when she was 20.

MrBeast’s upcoming Netflix show, called Beast Games, is also under scrutiny for poor conditions while filming, with some participants criticising production for barely feeding them, while others complained that they had medication withheld.

According to the Daily Mail, Spiro is now carrying out an internal audit of MrBeast’s company to determine if it is at fault for the recent allegations.
