Doctor Who’s Ncuti Gatwa has sent all of us in an absolute spin with his latest Instagram post.
The Sex Education star, 31, took over the role as the Doctor last November, when a bi-generation occurred alongside David Tennant’s second time-travelling alter-ego.
Our first glimpse of Ncuti’s doctor aired last Christmas, when we were introduced to new companion Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson) too.
Earlier this year, they starred in their first full series, with arcs that focused on the return of Sutekh, as well as Ruby Sunday’s background.

Over on Ncuti’s Instagram, his latest post on the social media platform has seen fans go wild.
Sharing snaps from his trip to Venice, Ncuti’s update features pictures of the Italian surroundings, but it’s shots in his hotel room that most Doctor Who fans are interested in.
In a photo and small video clip, Ncuti can be seen posing in front of the camera with his toned physique on show.
Taking to platform X, a Doctor Who audience member wrote: ‘Ncuti Gatwa really just woke up and thought he’d post that on Instagram without any kind of warning?’, while another simply captured our reaction and said ‘UMMM?’.
While it was rumoured that Millie was going to be leaving the show shortly after her introduction, it was revealed that she will be back for the 15th series – and she will be joined by another new companion, played by Andor star Varada Sethu.
The 31-year-old actress was spotted on set in January, holding hands with Ncuti as they filmed in 60s style clothing.
Discussing the new companion, Millie, 19, declared her ‘beautiful’ in a chat with us earlier this year.

Teasing more about what’s to come, Ncuti added: ‘She’s brought such an amazing energy to the show and has added such an incredible dynamic to that Tardis.’
‘We three save the universe,’ the Sex Education star continued as his current co-star chimed in: ‘Save the universe!’
Showing off why their dynamic was so beloved, Ncuti laughed as he said ‘many times over’ before Millie completed the sentence with: ‘In the hottest way.’
