Hugh Jackman has set yet another thirst trap on the internet in a topless photo that even Lorraine Kelly is drooling over.

The Wolverine actor, 55, took to social media to share a topless mirror selfie with a simple caption which read: ‘I am grateful.’

So is everyone, Hugh. So is everyone.

That’s exactly what ITV star Lorraine thought, as she hilariously shared the picture on X and wrote: ‘So are we ❤️.’

Over the top of the image – which he turned into a still video – Hugh can be heard talking about his team behind the six-pack, as he credited them for him being able to achieve such a physical feat.

He said: ‘You know I’ve had a lot of people talk to me and ask me questions about how I got into shape, what I did, what I ate, how I trained, how hard it is at your age, and honestly I just wanted to take a second to say, yeah, I had to turn up and I had to do those deadlifts and I had to eat those meals but I had an incredible team that helped me.’

Hugh revealed he has eight people behind him working on making sure he got ripped enough to reprise his role as Wolverine in the 2024 film Deadpool & Wolverine, which he starred in alongside Ryan Reynolds.

‘There’s not a hope in hell I would have got there without them,’ he said before listing off his team and all they’ve done for him.

A large part of Hugh’s thanks was given to his personal trainer Beth Lewis, who has been with the Australian actor for five years.

‘I am in better shape – and when I say shape I mean physical health, my knees, my shoulders, that have bothered me for years, gone.

‘She’s helped me get through this, get the results I needed and feel fantastic. She never makes me overwork, she made me realise I’d been over-working in the past.

‘She always was present, thoughtful, kind, and then when it was time to push me she would push me. Beth, you are the quarterback for this whole thing. I am beyond grateful I have your support when on these journeys I’m on.’

The X-Men star also revealed that for a year and a half he didn’t have to think about feeding himself at all, as people would buy, deliver and cook his food for him which was ‘fresh, delicious’ but sometimes ‘bland’ because it ‘had to be’.

‘They are at the top of their game, the best in the world and I am so grateful to have them in my corner. I would not have received this result without them,’ he concluded in the voiceover some fans called ASMR.

‘Listen to this like it’s ASMR,’ wrote X user @greyskyjoon, while @TbI_PIDOR said: ‘this is the weirdest thirst trap that I’ve ever seen.’

‘I’m sorry, I didn’t hear a single word, I’m just too hypnotised,’ wrote @AJGuineaPig, while @_ValyrianVirgo thanked Hugh for his ‘service’.

‘It should be illegal to share this thirst trap then be so completely wholesome,’ joked @winonafilms as @chi_rox_ noted the intense reactions to the post and quipped: ‘Surely the internet will react appropriately and calmly to this post.’

The Marvel actor has played Wolverine in eight X-Men films from 2000 until 2016, and he last appeared as Wolverine in Logan in 2017 before this 2024 release.

It was previously revealed the actor consumed a staggering 8,600 calories a day for his gruelling bulking regime in order to get Wolverine-fit.
