There were bags and bags of clothes that the house clearance business didn’t know what to do withTikTok/@beckysbazaar
One of the first things she found was a pair of yellow Juicy Couture bottomsTikTok/@beckysbazaar
And the jackpot continued with a similar blue pair of Juicy joggersTikTok/@beckysbazaar
She took to TikTok to document the process, as she revealed she’d been contacted by one of her followers who runs a house clearance business and “didn’t know what to do” with all the clothes in the unit.
“There’s no way I’m missing an opportunity to rummage through someone’s abandoned storage unit for vintage clothes,” she said.
“They had sacks and sacks of clothing, all of which they were selling for about £2 a piece.”
And things started off incredibly well, as Becky opened the first black sack to find a pair of yellow Juicy Couture joggers inside.
“Then things got unbelievably better because in this black bin bag, I found some more Juicy joggers and then these yellow ones which matched the top we just found,” Becky grinned.
“I was literally sweating with excitement going through all of these bags.”
She found a YSL shirt, just “casually chilling” in another bag, as well as a Hello Kitty bag unlike anything she’d seen before.
“It was so much fun,” she said.
“We were literally rummaging for a solid hour and we found so many gems!”
Some of the bits even had tags on, and Becky went on to find some branded caps and hoodies, as well as a Polo Ralph Lauren motif bikini, which was “so cute”.
Becky then found a Juicy Couture bag, a Nike top, a pleated Urban Outfitters skirt, jeans and two Hard Rock and Universal Studios hoodies.
Even Becky’s mum didn’t leave empty handed, as she found a “really cute Y2K top” that her daughter was “so jealous” of.
“At the bottom of this bin bag, I found some more Juicy Couture bits to add to my collection and even some heels, which were my size, luckily,” Becky added.
She ended up “filling two bags full of stuff” from the unit, making it well worth her while.
Sharing the video on TikTok, Becky called it a “storage wars dream come true”.
“That’s how I started reselling,” one person commented on the video.
