Eminem has announced he is going to be a grandad in a very emotional music video dedicated to his daughter Hailey.

The rapper, 51, just dropped the video for his song Temporary, which is intended as a message for his daughter to help her grieve when he is gone.

In a patchwork of home videos of Hailey, now 28, there’s also some glimpses of the Lose Yourself hitmaker at her wedding, with a surprise brunette hairdo.

The song begins: ‘A lot of people ask me, am I afraid of death? / The truth is, I think what scares me the most / Is not being able to say all the things I wanna say to you / When I’m no longer here / So this song is for Hailie for when that day comes.’

But the real tear-jerker comes at the end of the video, when a home video shows Hailey giving her father a scrunched up football top, with ‘Grandpa’ emblazoned on the back.

In the football shirt was a baby scan, which left Eminem shocked and delighted at the huge moment for the family.

Fans are in bits at the video, as @RileyTaugor dubbed it: ‘Music video of the year, easily.’

‘That’s the most personal video Eminem has ever done. beautiful.. he watched his daughter get married and now she’s pregnant damn,’ said @royal_bobby24.

Others, naturally, were in floods of tears.

‘Omfg. I just shed some tears at work watching this. Amazing,’ said @inform313thEM, as @vectrspace said: ‘Had me in grown man tears.’
