Iconic rock metal group Limp Bizkit has announced that they are set to bring their tour to the UK and Ireland.

Much to fans’ delight the band has announced that they will be touring in the UK for the first time since their 2023 Still Sucks tour and their Download festival appearance this summer.

The tour will have five massive arena dates in March 2025 stopping off in major cities including Glasgow, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester and London.

The band will also be supported on this tour by several acts including Bones, Ecca Vandal, N8NOFACE, Karen Dió and special guest Riff Raff.

The rock band was huge in the noughties with their songs Behind Blue Eyes, Rollin’, Break Stuff, and Just Like This.

Since forming in 1994 the group took some time apart in 2006, but quickly reformed in 2009 and have been together ever since.

The nu-metal band from Florida consists of Fred Durst, the lead vocalist, drummer John Otto, guitarist Wes Borland, turntablist DJ Lethal and bassist Sam Rivers.

The band achieved mainstream success with their second and third albums, Significant Other and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavoured Water.

Over the decades, the band has sold 40 million records worldwide, and been nominated for three Grammy Awards, among several other awards.

In 2022, the band postponed their UK tour dates ‘immediately’ after ‘unexpected’ news on Fred Durst’s health.

‘We truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our loyal fans, promoters and support staff. Stand by for further news. Sincerely, Fred & Limp Bizkit,’ read a solemn statement at the time.

Thankfully they were able to get back on tour and continue, suggesting the illness was brief and not likely to be repeated in the upcoming tour.

Earlier this year, Fred was almost completely unrecognisable to fans as he swapped his trademark goatee for a bushy grey beard.

Despite the change in appearance, fans were delighted to finally get a glimpse of the rockers at the Download festival and branded their set the ‘best’ of the entire weekend.

Tickets for Limp Bizkit’s UK and Ireland tour go on sale on Friday, October 25 from 9am BST on Ticketmaster.
