One of The Only Way Is Essex’s most famous filming locations is on sale for nearly £4,000,000.

The Sugar Hunt in Brentwood, which was previously owned by late reality star Mick Norcross, often featured in the long-running series.

It was regularly visited by the likes of Mark Wright, Joey Essex and Gemma Collins after the ITV programme launched in 2010.

Nigel Farage also held a Brexit party rally at the venue in 2019, while Jack Whitehall revealed last year that he treated his Bad Education co-star to a lavish night out there for his 18th birthday.

The property has now been listed for £3,850,000, and boasts more than 13,000 square feet across four floors.

The Grade II listed site has the nightclub and restaurant on the ground and first floors, as well as offices and staff accommodation on the second as well as a courtyard.

The listing describes it as a ‘landmark hospitality property with prominent frontage’, that ‘would suit alternative uses such as hotel or restaurant’.

Norcross sold The Sugar Hut in 2019, for an undisclosed sum, years after he claimed he didn’t want it to be associated with Towie anymore.

He told The Sun in 2013: ‘My club is an upmarket venue where people come to drink champagne and feel spoiled.

‘All these rows they keep filming don’t show the club in a good light and I’m worried it’s putting people off coming, which is the last thing I want.’

Norcross died by suicide aged 57 in 2021, with an inquest later revealing that it was his son Kirk, who also featured on Towie, who tragically found his body.

The Only Way Is Essex is available to watch on ITVX.
