Starring Dawn French, 67, the sweet adverts showcases the selection of festive bits ready for Christmas – but on-trend fashionistas have been eyeing up the comedian’s outfit more than anything else.

In the first of a six-part ad series, which launched earlier this week, Dawn finds herself hum-bugging over festivities – that is, until a fairy pal steps in to help deck her home, and spruce up her outfit into something more glitzy.

In the blink of an eye, the comedian goes from wearing a pair of cosy PJs to rocking a glam Christmas dress ready to host a party.

Flocking to the supermarket’s page on Instagram, fans have swooned over her glam look, with one commenting: “Can we get a link for the dress she is wearing, please?”

”And are Dawn’s dress and sparkly earrings available?” wondered another.

The good news is you can pick up the sparkly little number – and not only is it under £50 but the festive gown is also in stock for the majority of sizes.

Selling for £45, the Textured V-Neck Midi Relaxed Dress  is said to ‘’channel effortless glamour’’.

Made from a shimmering textured fabric, the midi dress makes for the perfect festive outfit that’s sure to make heads turn.

Designed in a relaxed fit with a flattering v-neckline and ‘’sophisticated’’ half button placket, the gorgeous frock falls into a tiered skirt.

Meanwhile, the gathering at the cuffs gives the long sleeves some volume for a trendy silhouette.

As the dress has been lined for comfort and coverage, it’s perfect for festive lovers of all ages.

Available in UK 6 to UK 24, the show-stopper of a garment is currently in stock for most sizes – however, it’s sure to become a major hit, so best get racing to the store pronto.

Fresh in for the party season ahead, the dress hasn’t racked up many reviews.
