A British power couple have stripped down to star in a steamy Christmas advert for lingerie label Agent Provocateur.

Although many festive campaigns are focused on being family-friendly, the lingerie brand is known for creating racy content to attract customers to snap up their products.

This year is no different, with model Abbey Clancy, 38, and her former footballer husband Peter Crouch, 43, appearing in the advert that also marks the brands’ 30th anniversary.

Shot at The Marquis Cornwallis pub in London, it is an update of Agent Provocateur’s 2015 Love Me Tender film, which saw model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley turn up at her boyfriend’s office in sexy lingerie to try and divert his attention from work.

In the new two-minute long ad, Abbey is first seen texting in her bedroom while wearing a robe which she then throws off to reveal a red lingerie set underneath.

A text then arrives to a phone sitting on a pub counter in front of the landlady (played by Jaime Winstone), which reads: ‘Room 531.’

At the same time Peter is playing a game of pool and doesn’t notice his wife sending him saucy texts telling him to come meet her.

Sliding the phone over, the landlady then looks intrigued by what’s playing out and makes no effort to let Peter know about the texts.

Fed up with waiting, Abbey storms out of the hotel without covering up, walking across the street to the pub, walking in and leaving the group of men playing pool in absolute shock.

Walking up to her husband, she pushes him onto the pool table while his friends quickly make their way out.

She then begins tying him up while sitting on top of him and while he thinks he’s about to get lucky, things take a turn.

Clearly annoyed with being made to wait, Abbey pulls out a ball and cue and takes aim at her husband’s groin.

‘Do it,’ the landlady whispers, with Peter then screaming out in pain.

The ad then ends with the caption: ‘A gentle reminder to not forget date night this Christmas…’

Jaime’s role in the ad is also a nod to her playing The Queen Victoria landlady Peggy Mitchell, in a flashback episode of EastEnders in 2022.

Abbey is best known for being the runner of Britain’s Next Top Model in 2006, before going on to present it.

She also won Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.

In 2006 she began dating England footballer Peter after they met at a nightclub where she worked.

They were married in 2011 and now share four children, two daughters and two sons.

While their kids might be somewhat mortified one day watching their parents in this sexy ad, the couple have frequently been open about their romantic lives.

On an episode of their podcast The Therapy Crouch, Peter revealed the shocking moment he sexted his mother-in-law.

‘Do you remember when I sent your mum a sexual message? That was horrendous,’ he said.

Abbey then quipped: ‘Yeah, Pete was sexting my mum!’

He then clarified he accidentally sent Abbey’s mum the beaver emoji, which was ‘highly embarrassing’.

Peter then revealed this happened not long into their relationship, which only added to the awkwardness but made sure to say he ‘wasn’t trying it on’ with his now wife’s mum.
