Nicole Kidman seemed to defy ageing as she posed for her latest magazine photoshoot, oozing elegance in the stunning shots.

This week, GQ’s annual Men of the Year event is due to take place in London.

As well as Kidman – who is starring in a brand new erotic thriller called Babygirl – the other cover stars being honoured by the magazine include Jude Law, Kobbie Mainoo, Cole Palmer and Central Cee.

The Hollywood icon, 57, who has graced our screens across four decades, looked incredible as she posed in a striking blue skirt and statement white cropped top with her toned arms posed behind her head for her shoot.

In another photo for the GQ special edition cover feature, she wore a unique gold gown with black ripped tights as she accessorised with black heeled boots.

Kidman had us doing a double take with her ageless look as she opened up in the interview about Babygirl – which she described as being one of her most challenging shoots to date, even in comparison to Eyes Wide Shut.

‘I’m in the whole film [in Babygirl],’ she explained. ‘There are so many close-ups. It’s a full stripping of me.’

The steamy new film stars Kidman as Romy, an ambitious tech CEO, alongside Harris Dickinson, 28, as Samuel, an intern at the company with whom she begins an affair.

It is set to come out on Christmas day in the US and January 10 in the UK.

The A24 erotic thriller, which is directed by Halina Reijn, features sex scenes between Kidman and Dickinson as well as between Kidman and her husband in the film, played by Antonio Banderas, 64.

Kidman recently opened up about the ‘frustrations’ that arose while making the film that led to her ‘not wanting to orgasm anymore.’

‘There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, “Don’t touch me,”‘ she said, according to The Sun.

‘There were times when we were shooting where I was like, “I don’t want to orgasm any more.”‘

She continued, sharing that sometimes she would feel exhausted by the process: ‘”Don’t come near me. I hate doing this. I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life! I’m over it.”

‘It was so present all the time for me that it was almost like a burnout.’

Babygirl’s early premiere at Venice earned Kidman the Volpi Cup for best actress, causing fan excitement to heighten even further.

In another recent interview about the film, the Big Little Lies star made a dig at legendary director Martin Scorsese saying she would love to work with him – if he made films with women.

Kidman told Vanity Fair: ‘I’ve always said I want to work with [Martin] Scorsese if he does a film with women.’

When confronted with his own films failures to meet this standard at a press conference for his 2019 film The Irishman, Scorsese dismissed it as ‘a waste of time.’
