My tights hack means you can wear any cute outfit in winter and not get cold – all you need is a £7 buy from Primark
THE Christmas season means lots of fun and festive fashion, however the cold weather can make it difficult to show off your favourite looks.
This simple hack allows you to wear any cute skirt or dress without freezing your legs this winter.
Primark shared a winter fashion tip that keeps your legs warm while you’re wearing tightstiktok/@primark
In a TikTok video, Primark shared the simple fashion trick that will keep you warm in the cold weather.
The model in the clip began by showing off her fashionable fit, which featured a pair of love heart-print tights.
She paired them with a dark grey skirt, a white long-sleeve top and jumper.
The woman accessorised the look with an off-white jacket, a black handbag, a grey leopard print scarf, and black leather knee-high boots.
In order to wear the tights, she added a barely noticeable item underneath.
The model showed her getting ready process, which revealed that she was actually wearing leggings under the tights.
Primark’s High-Rise Plush Lined Leggings are currently available for just £7.
They are designed to give the wearer “enhanced warmth” in cold conditions.
Shoppers can pick the leggings up in black, taupe, light green, navy, and fig.
You can also find them in a denim look to create a comfy casual look.
After putting on the leggings, the model layered the sheer tights over them.
She opted for a light brown shade to give her tights an opaque appearance.
“How to wear a skirt in the winter, thanks to our Velvet Plush Tights,” the fashion retailer captioned the clip.
Once the model had layered the tights over the tights, it became impossible to tell she was wearing them.
The concept is similar to the viral leggings that are designed to look like tights.

Since bare legs can account for more than half of the body’s heat loss, this hack may be worth considering this winter season.
