Damage’s Jade Jones stirred the crowd into a frenzy after wife and Spice Girls icon Emma Bunton made a surprise appearance at a recent gig.

The 90s R&B boy band – behind top 10 hits such as Forever and Wonderful Tonight – performed at O2 Islington on Friday.

At one point during the show the boys – Rahsaan J Bromfield, Andrez Harriott, Noel Simpson and Jade, 45 – started singing their 2001 hit I Don’t Know, featuring Emma on the original track.

And it was the perfect time for the singer herself to strut out onto the stage to beautifully execute her part – much to the joy of the screaming fans.

The Wannabe hitmaker, 48, was wearing dark blazer and bedazzled trousers. Soon the whole band was grooving together as the married duo put on a dazzling show and flinging their arms around each other.

They then encouraged the crowd to start clapping along as they chanted ‘Oh yeah’. Emma and Jade even snuck in a cheeky kiss before singing at one another.

As the song came to a close, Jade announced: ‘People, I think you’ll know this lovely lady here. This is my beautiful wife.’

Baby Spice then replied: ‘I love you’ and said to the rest of the band ‘love you darlings’ as she waved goodbye to the crowd and laid one last snog on Jade’s lips for good measure.

Fans online were also losing their minds at the epic onstage reunion.

‘Omg my millennial heart is so full,’ TikTok user Ali Lambert commented.

‘Jade and Emma probably strongest couple in showbiz, been together longest and can clearly see madly in love, ‘ Ellacrane praised.

‘Awwww this is too cute! Love them’ Micha shared.

The loved-up couple started dating in 1998 and after an on-and-off relationship over the next few years, they got back together officially in 2004.

They had their first child, Beau, in 2007 and welcomed their second son, Tate, in 2011.

Around the same time, the pair got engaged and eventually got married in 2021, almost a decade later.

In an interview on Holly Willoughby’s podcast, By The Light of the Moon, she spoke about her husband being her ‘soulmate’.

‘It was very immediate, as soon as I looked at him I thought, “This is so special,”,’ she said at the time, per Hello.

‘He felt exactly the same and we had very magical moments very early on and I think we were both taken back about that.

‘We would talk about children, it was very intense very quickly. I think both of us knew we wanted to be together. We’re soulmates.’

She even added that their break at the start of the relationship allowed them time to ‘grow as people’.

Damage disbanded in 2002 before making a return in 2014 on ITV show The Big Reunion. They are currently on tour in the UK until December.

When he’s not doing music, Jade is working as a chef and has worked for places such as Claridge’s in London and even under Gordon Ramsay.

The pair have regularly spoken about their desire to open a restaurant together.
