Time is running out to watch all 25 official James Bond movies on Amazon Prime Video.

As we continue the long wait for the next 007 actor to be announced, the streaming platform has been offering various Bond films for fans to watch.

This has been possible since Amazon acquired MGM for $8.5billion (£6.78bn) in 2022, giving the streamer access to over 4,000 movies and 17,000 TV episodes – including the James Bond franchise, which it held the rights to.

As of early October, fans finally had the chance to binge all official Bond movies in once place, thanks to Prime Video.

The 25 spy adventures starring James Bond actors Sir Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Sir Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig are all currently available to stream, stretching back to the first Bond film in 1962, Dr. No.

In fact, it was Global James Bond Day, which is an annual celebration on October 5 – marking the first film’s premiere – that heralded all of the films being released from the vault at the same time as free to subscribers.

However, it’s now been revealed that fans only have seven more days in which to watch any of their 007 favourites on Prime Video.

Each title, from newest film No Time to Die to GoldenEye, Goldfinger and Live and Let Die, now bears a ‘leaves Prime in 7 days’ warning label before you hit play, rent or purchase, suggesting the final day to watch is Saturday November 30.

They are also all to be found in ‘expiring from Prime in the next 30 days list’, which can be searched.

Only two related film adventures for the iconic British spy – created by author Ian Fleming – are missing from the platform – 1967 parody Casino Royale starring David Niven, and 1983 film Never Say Never Again, which heralded Connerty’s return to the role after 12 years.

Every Bond actor and film is accounted for, such as Pierce Brosnan as 007 in The World is Not Enough, except the two non-Eon produced ones (Picture: Moviestore/Shutterstock)

However, neither was produced by official Bond filmmakers Eon and so are often not included in the official 007 film catalogue.

While the hunt continues for the next actor to slip into Bond’s sharp tailoring, producers Barbara Broccoli and her half-brother Michael G. Wilson have recently confirmed their vision for Bond.

They are focusing on actors in their 30s, and the franchise runners have said that this is not a given the performer chosen will be white, in what could be a historic casting move.

Bond will still be a man though, after Lashana Lynch made history in 2021’s No Time to Die as the first Black female 007, Nomi.
