Lana Del Rey is the latest star to be heavily criticised for ticket prices as the sale kicks off for her UK 2025 Tour.
She was recently ‘ruled out’ of a possible Glastonbury set next year after 2023’s controversial performance.
The Video Games singer is heading to UK stadiums next year in support of her new album The Right Person Will Stay.
However, fans were shocked when pre-sale opened and prices were a little more than they expected — with some standing tickets costing over £400.
Ticket prices have been steadily creeping up over the years, with Oasis’ sale sparking huge conversations about resellers and dynamic pricing.
Similarly, Lana’s fans have taken to X to vent about her ‘sick joke’ which sees tickets costing between £78.40 and £420.

The higher price does include VIP packages but even the £100 standard tickets have caused outrage.
‘Lana Del Rey, are you having a laugh with your ticket prices ma’am?!’ wrote Emily in a viral post, sharing front standing availability for £419.
‘Lana presale tickets are 100 each…. is this a sick joke,’ wrote Taylor as Shorty added: ‘I just paid 170 for front standing in London. Ticketmaster is wild for that one.’
£170 is around the same price fans paid to see Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour or Beyonce’s Renaissance at Wembley last year.
Dems said: ‘Managed to get Lana tickets this morning but at what cost!! overpriced tickets with the fear of being in front pitch with the TikTok stans… take me back to the 2012-2019 Lana fandom times😔.’

‘Kind of gutted how expensive Lana Del Rey tickets are. Love you babe but times are tough 😔,’ added Trishna.
Unfortunately, ticket prices are unlikely to fall in the next few years — even with campaigns in parliament to prevent scalpers.
The resale market is costing music fans an additional £145m per year, according to O2 and YouGov research.
Any legal changes to the ticketing system will take time and with the cost of touring higher than ever, fans can expect to pay more eyewatering prices.
