Former My Chemical Romance drummer Bob Bryar, 44, was found dead in his Tennessee home.
A member of the band from 2004 to 2010, Bryar played the drums on all of MCR’s biggest hits in their heyday.
Law enforcement reported no signs of foul play, as his belongings, including weapons and music equipment, were untouched, according to TMZ.
His body was described as ‘badly decomposed’ by the outlet and Animal Control reportedly removed two dogs from the residence.
He was last seen alive on November 4 and his cause of death remains under investigation.
Bryar joined My Chemical Romance in 2004, contributing to their landmark album The Black Parade.

Known for his genre-defining drumming, he played a crucial role in shaping the band’s sound before leaving in 2010 due to tensions in the band.
The band released a statement at the time describing Bryar’s departure from the band as ‘painful.’
‘As of 4 weeks ago, My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways. This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly,’ it read.
‘We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours and expect you all to do the same.’

After exiting the music scene in 2014, Bryar pursued real estate and animal rescue advocacy.
In 2016, Bryar spoke with the Alternative Press about his time in the band. He said: ‘I left a very good touring gig where I was tour managing and doing sound. I left that job to join a band that was filthy, had s****y gear, a smashed-up, smoking, death-trap van and was poor. They smelled bad, too. I was so happy to receive the offer,’ he told the outlet.
‘Long before we recorded Welcome To The Black Parade, I knew that [MCR] were special and I wanted in. I wanted to help evolve the band and be able to shred with them every night.’

He continued: ‘There are a few shows and events that really stick out for me. The first one involves the entire Black Parade tour. I thought I was dreaming most of the time.
‘I really wish everyone could have a chance to sit at my drum kit, having the best time ever and thinking of how crazy this is during a show.’
After his departure from the band he was candid about his struggles with mental health, sharing personal challenges and his history of suicidal thoughts with fans.

His passing has prompted an outpouring of tributes from fans and fellow musicians, remembering his significant impact on the emo and alternative rock.
The news comes in the wake of the beloved band’s recent announcement that they are heading on tour next year in honour of Welcome to the Black Parade’s anniversary.
The Long Live The Black Parade tour will see MCR play their highly influential 2006 rock opera in full nearly two decades after it was released -there has been no indication that plans were in place for Brayer to reunite with the band for the tour.
MCR, consisting of Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Frank Iero, and Ray Toro, announced stops across North America, starting in July next year.
