Gino D’Acampo has been accused of inappropriate behaviour towards a woman on the set of This Morning, it has been reported.
The Italian celebrity chef, 48, is best known for appearing on shows including This Morning, Let’s Do Lunch and Gino’s Italian Escape.
Since 2018 he’s also fronted Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip alongside Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix, which follows the trio visiting various countries and cities and exploring local culture and cuisine.
Now it is reported he is ‘slowly being sidelined’ by ITV after allegedly facing a string of inappropriate behaviour claims made against him.
The unnamed woman lodged a complaint to ITV last week over Gino’s alleged behaviour towards her while she worked with him on the set of This Morning from 2006 to 2011, according to The Sun.
Gino was the resident chef on This Morning and on Saturday Cooks.
The outlet understands the woman chose to speak up following the string of allegations against BBC’s Masterchef presenter Gregg Wallace last week.

Wallace denied sexual harassment allegations and responded by lashing out at ‘middle class women of a certain age’ accusing him of inappropriate behaviour.
A source told the publication that Gino’s accuser was spurred on by Wallace’s comments: ‘Her view is she is the middle-aged woman who believes young women shouldn’t have to put up with this kind of behaviour any more.’
The source also claimed Gino was ‘younger’ and not as famous when they worked together, and he would say he didn’t want to become more famous because he would ‘have to curtail his behaviour’.
‘He said and did whatever he wanted,’ the source claimed, adding that ‘everyone was aware’ of his behaviour.
The publication also reports that Gino is being ‘slowly sidelined’ by ITV.
Despite plans for Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip to return for a fifth season, Gino announced he was leaving the series early last year.
At the time he said the decision was made due to ‘not being able to get the dates together’ and the contracts getting ‘very complicated’.
However, it’s now been reported he left the show after ‘refusing to sign a morality clause in his contract’.
It is also reported Gino has been ‘put on a language and behavioural course by concerned executives’.

He’s also been accused of ‘jokingly flashing’, while crew members were also apparently offered counselling on his series Emission Impossible, which he also presented with Fred.
‘Filming was halted, and Gino was put on a training course,’ a source told The Sun. ‘He has a sporran which he calls Justin Beaver with which he regularly flashes.’
However, they added that in 2024 his antics have become harder to tolerate.
A spokesperson for ITV referred to their KC review last year when contacted by Metro for comment, which states: ‘We are completely committed to creating an environment where everyone is treated with respect and feels able to give of their best.
‘Our promise to those we work with is that where a complaint is made, or serious concerns raised, we will always investigate and if we find that something inappropriate has happened, we will take action.
‘We will continue to develop our efforts to give junior colleagues the confidence to speak up if they have something to raise.’

Last year Gino was caught with cannabis when flying back into the U.K. after filming his series with Gordon and Fred.
At the time it was reported he’d been stopped, cautioned and fined for possession of a prohibited substance however The Sun claimed police accepted the drugs were for his own medicinal use and issued him with a warning.
This year Gino has only appeared on This Morning twice, while his dating show Cooking Up Love was axed after just two episodes last year.
He is due to appear as host of the game show Family Fortunes next year, with that series already having been filmed.
Metro has contacted ITV and representatives for Gino D’Acampo for comment.
