Katie Price has reportedly found a buyer for her former Sussex home, Mucky Mansion, but it might only sell for a greatly reduced version of the original price.
The former glamour model, 46, moved out of the dilapidated house in May after reports of an eviction notice due to her financial issues (which she has denied) and undergoing a ‘hellish’ ordeal while living there.
The estate – which includes nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, 12 acres, and a disused swimming pool – was bought by the reality star in 2014 for an estimated £1.35million.
But it appears Katie may not make a profit on the property which was originally listed on Rightmove for £1.5million in August – although all the sale money will be going towards her mounting debts regardless.
Since then the going price has been reduced to £1.35million and, in the latest development, now £1.15million
A public notice on Rightmove states: ‘Mortgagees in possession are now in receipt of an offer for the sum of £1,150,000,’ per the Daily Mail.

The Rightmove description of the home promises potential buyers ‘the opportunity for refurbishment and repair to potentially create an impressive family house’.
However, it also warns that ‘parts of the land has been subject to the depositing of waste material’ and for which people should make their own inquiries.
Mucky Mansion has been a huge part of Katie’s onscreen story in the past decade after she filmed two seasons of a Channel 4 series where she attempted to renovate the ‘uninhabitable’ home to little success.
And she has regularly shared her qualms about her living situation, which reached a culmination this summer as she declared the house ‘cursed’.
‘I’ve been wanting to get out of my old house for absolute years. It’s been nothing but hell in there. I’ve not had any luck in that house, ever,’ she told the Daily Mail.
‘I hate that house. Whoever buys it, I warn them, they will get bad luck there. It is absolutely cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point when I couldn’t even walk up the driveway without having a panic attack.
‘I had therapy about the house. I should never have gone back there. Now I’m out of it it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.’
The mum-of-five, who now lives in a four-bed Sussex home for a reported £5,000 a month, currently owes over £760,000 in unpaid taxes to HMRC after she was declared bankrupt for a second time earlier this year.

The star made plenty of headlines over the summer after she failed to attend a hearing related to the bankruptcy because she was in Turkey receiving a £10,000 facelift. She was arrested at Heathrow.
After attending a rescheduled date the hearing was adjourned so she could undergo a ‘private interview’ over her finances to protect her ‘mental wellbeing and privacy’.
Earlier this month the I’m A Celebrity star underwent yet more cosmetic surgery, telling her followers she had ‘some anti-wrinkles done’ and ‘little touch-ups’ to her sixth facelift.
Recently, she opened up about how her experience with fame has changed her approach to publicly sharing the lives of her two youngest children, Jett, 11, and Bunny, 10.
In a chat with the How To Be Famous podcast, she acknowledged that her eldest children Harvey, 22, Junior, 19, Princess Tiaamii, 17, were ‘very good with the media’.
She added: ‘But I don’t even do pictures with [Jett and Bunny]. When Junior and Princess were growing up it was all newspaper and magazines and there wasn’t social media.
‘So they’ve grown up with it that way, whereas Jett and Bunny are in the social media world and it can be a nasty world with all the trolling, so it’s different.’
