BBC comedian Lucia Keskin has made another dig at Joanna Page following the Gavin and Stacey finale.
The pair found themselves in was one of the most underrated feuds of 2024 when Joanna brutally tore Lucia’s brilliant comedy Things You Should Have Done apart on her podcast Off The Telly, which she hosts with EastEnders hun Natalie Cassidy.
The six-episode comedy was a huge breakthrough Lucia – who also goes by Chi with a C – who won over fans on social media and finally found herself on the BBC.
Joanna chose to use the platform on her podcast to eviscerate Lucia’s series though, and said: ‘My mother could have written it. My mother could have done it. I just thought “My God, this is just unbearable. I’m so bored. I just genuinely am bored. I’m bored”.’
Lucia responded: ‘Criticism is expected with everything it’s a given.

‘HOWEVER there is a way of doing so without making someone feel terrible about their work whilst being in the industry themselves. Dealing with ‘critics’ is hard enough.’
On Christmas day, Joanna was inescapable as Gavin and Stacey returned for the final time, smashing Christmas TV ratings again and breaking its own record with 12.3million overnight viewers.
And among them was Lucia. Well, she at last caught the opening credits and wiped Joanna’s character Stacey off the screen to leave just ‘Gavin… written by James Corden and Ruth Jones.’

Whether she tuned into the rest of the episode is unclear. Perhaps unlikely.
Gavin and Stacey wrapped up with several twists, including the return of Sonia (Laura Aikman) which didn’t go down well with fans who said she’s ‘ruined’ their Christmas day.
Regardless, it was by far the most watched programme on December 25, with Wallace and Gromit’s return trailing behind with an impressive 9million viewers and the King’s Speech with 7million.
The BBC dominated the Christmas day ratings, clinching every single spot in the top 10.
If you’re in need of another comedy after the end of Gavin and Stacey, Things You Should Have Done is available to stream on BBC iPlayer now.
