Georgia Toffolo has shared a video of herself in an oxygen chamber while explaining the challenges of being a step-mum.
Georgia, also known as Toff, is best known for appearing on Made in Chelsea and winning I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! in 2017.
Last month she also announced she’d tied the knot with Brewdog co-founder James Watt, 42, with the pair revealing they’d eloped.
However, the couple have recently faced backlash for ‘tone-deaf’ statements on work-life balance and were accused of ‘rage-baiting’ when speaking about their relationship.
Now Georgia has opened up about stepping up as a stepparent and the challenges it brings…including being distracted while undertaking health treatments.
Posting on Instagram this week, she wrote: ‘” How is it being a step mum?”…is my most asked question. This video sums it up.

‘I really didn’t expect at 30 to end up marrying someone with children, such an unexpected life thing.
‘Thank goodness I did…it is quite extraordinary how much I love them. They enrich my life so greatly and I feel so lucky.’
She continued: ‘Feels wrong to not address what I’m sat inside of…it is a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.’
Georgia then went on to share that hyperbaric oxygen therapy ‘essentially helps your body to heal by breathing pure oxygen in a special chamber with high air pressure which lets your blood carry more oxygen which speeds up healing and recovery’.

‘I’ve tried so many biohacking trends over the years but the hyperbaric packs serious punch. Also has the most mind-blowing science backed research behind it. I’d live in here if I could. Over and out from the baby biohacker.’
In the video she posted, Georgia is inside the chamber wearing a mask connected to tubes.
James has two daughters from a previous relationship, who can be heard singing and chanting outside, with one also holding up signs that read ‘We love Toff’ and ‘What are u doing?’

Clearly bored and wanting Georgia to get out, they then keep asking her how long until the treatment is finished.
Georgia and James were set up on a date by a mutual friend in the summer of 2023
She was previously engaged to George Cottrell, a senior advisor to Nigel Farage. They began dating in 2019 and had an on-again-off-again relationship.
Meanwhile last year James announced that 17 years after co-founding BrewDog, he was stepping down as boss.
