SALOMON RONDON was sent off after spending just two minutes on the pitch in Everton’s match against Brentford.
The striker was brought on to try and rescue a point for the Toffees as they trailed 3-2 at home.

But instead Rondon recklessly flew into a tackle on Rico Henry with both feet of the ground, catching the Bees ace on his shin.
Referee Michael Oliver had no option but to show the Venezuelan a red card and kill any chance of an Everton fightback.
Rondon’s dismissal meant Everton went down to nine men after youngster Jarrad Branthwaite was red-carded in the 18th minute.
But despite Rondon’s moment of madness Frank Lampard still shook his hand as he sprinted down the tunnel.
