THE Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations kicked off tonight with viewers are saying the same thing about the ITV special.

Hollywood megastar Tom Cruise was one of the first guests to sit down and chat to Phil and Julie, telling them about his love of the UK.
With Tom’s glowing review and footage of Queen Elizabeth’s 70 years on the throne playing, viewers were puffed up with pride and delighted to be British.
One person tweeted: “We need to embrace and celebrate the most remarkable achievement of HRH”

Top Gun star Tom said he was honoured to be part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
He said: “She’s a woman that I greatly admire, what she has accomplished has been historic.
“I just remember always as a kid seeing photos of her. I came to England, started making movies here in 1982, started producing here because I liked the crews. I loved the history. I have great respect for her, so when they asked I said yes immediately.”
