Lauren Ware-Smith took to TikTok to share her body positive message, captioning her video: “Buy what fits you.”
In the clip, she showed herself trying on the size 16 jeans – showing the label to prove the size – and then a blue floral jumpsuit in an age 14 to 15.
People were quick to comment on Lauren’s video, revealing their own similar issues with sizing in high street stores.
“I’m normally a size 12-14, and I just bought Primark jeans size 16, and they fit me perfectly,” one wrote.

“The amount of mental breakdowns ive had over primark jeans,” another added.

To which Lauren replied: “Yes I have some from Asda that are a 16 too! So ridiculous.”
