Anchorman and The Office actor David Koechner has been caught by authorities for allegedly driving under the influence.

The incident comes months after he was charged with a DUI and hit-and-run after being arrested on New Year’s Eve in California.

The star was reportedly pulled over shortly after 2am on June 4, after an Ohio State Trooper saw him swerve on the road.

It is claimed that Koechner was ticketed for driving under the influence after the officer could smell the alcohol on his breath according to TMZ.

According to online courthouse records obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Koechner refused a DUI test and was issued a ticket for ‘operating a vehicle impaired’.

A hearing is set for July 8.

In March, the actor was charged with a DUI and a hit-and-run after being arrested for a suspected DUI in January.

Meanwhile, in the US Office, he played unsettling salesman Todd Packer, a character based on Chris Finch (Ralph Ineson) in the UK version.

Elsewhere, Koechner was a sketch regular on Late Night with Conan O’Brien in the 1990s.
