Binky Felstead’s one-year-old son rushed to hospital with allergic reaction-Tori Brazier-Entertainment – Metro

Binky Felstead has revealed that her son was rushed to hospital after suffering an allergic reaction as she praised the paramedics and hospital for being ‘nothing short of amazing’.
The Made in Chelsea star, 32, who recently went through the trauma of having her dog Pedro left for dead after being hit by a van, took to Instagram to share son Wolfie’s experience with anaphylactic shock after eating hummus.
Posting a few pictures to Instagram, leading with one of her sitting on a hospital bed cradling Wolfie and smiling, surrounded by paramedics, she wrote: ‘Blimey- Looking forward to a new week!!
‘What with Pedro being hit by a van … now Wolfie being rushed off in a ambulance after a bad reaction to what we think is the sesame in the hummus he had at lunch.’
Sharing a picture of her son’s swollen and blotchy face in hospital, she explained that it had all happened ‘very quickly’.
‘He started to get incredibly uncomfortable and was continuously rubbing his face and getting upset. He went bright red all over his face & hands and white little spots appeared shortly before his eye, lips & tongue started to swell.

‘We left the restaurant immediately & drove to the nearest pharmacist who said to call 999 … which we did and these incredible paramedics arrived within 4 minutes! All very scary, they said he’s had a anaphylaxis [sic] shock and gave Wolfie a small adrenaline shot.
‘They were worried about him becoming unable to breath [sic] so put the sirens on, drove pretty bloody quickly and we had our first experience in an ambulance!’
Sharing that her one-year-old was a fan of the sirens, she added: ‘Wolfie’s face started calming down again luckily & he was loving the noises & all the exciting things dangling off inside of the ambulance. He also got a bear to keep for being so brave.’

Revealing that the he had now been discharged from a hospital in Gloucestershire 40 minutes away, after the medical team kept a ‘close eye on him’ for five hours, she went on: ‘We have left with two epi-pens & a whole lot of info. First thing on my to do list next week is get Wolfie to a skin / allergy specialist! WOAH – so many emotions again.’
‘The NHS and all the team have been nothing short of amazing,’ Binky stated. ‘The family and I are unbelievably grateful for everything you did today 🌈 ✨ xxx #NHS THANK YOU 🙏🏼💙’
The reality star – real name Alexandra – also shared a photo of her husband Max Darnton on the hospital bed cuddling Wolfie, who was reaching up to touch his face, as well as a picture of Wolfie standing up in his cot, clearly ready to go home.
Binky’s friends rushed to the comments to offer their well wishes, including her ex-MIC co-star Louise Thompson, who wrote: ‘Oh bloody hell bonky ! What a week from hell 😢😢😢 sending love love love.’

‘Oh my goodness, how scary. Sending you all lots of love 💕 So glad wolfie is ok xxx,’ commented singer Mollie King, who recently announced her first pregnancy.
Saturdays star Kimberley Walsh also gave her support, adding: ‘Oh gosh bless you! So glad you here he’s on the mend! So bloody scary! Sending love ❤️.’
Just a few days ago, Binky had shared pictures of her pooch Pedro wearing a cone as she revealed that she thought they would lose him following an alleged hit-and-run.

As he recuperates from his injuries, Binky shared that he would be getting extra-special treatment.
