She displayed the cream bag that had a large portion burnt out and was crispy and charcoal around the edges.
Eva explained that she managed to extinguish the fire, but she gobsmacked when she started to smell the burning.
The influencer turning around to find the accessory up in flames.
She did confirm however that while this wasn’t an “ideal situation” she did clarify that everyone was absolutely fine.

In the video, she claimed: “Just to give you a rough idea of how hot it currently is in Crete – my bag just set itself on fire.
“We’ve put the fire out but, basically, the button got so hot, and I started smelling burning so I thought ‘oh weird’.

“I turned around to get the water out of the bag because I was thirsty and, uh, my bag is burnt to a crisp.
“It’s not an ideal situation – I’m going to be honest.

The clip has been viewed more than 1.5million times and gathered more than 1,000 comments.

A spokesperson from Primark said: “Every Primark product range is tested independently to ensure the relevant safety and quality standards are met.
“We were surprised to hear of this complaint and we’ve had no other reported issues, but if the customer returns the bag to us then we will be happy to investigate this further to understand what might have happened.”
