Miriam Margolyes has repeated previous allegations Arnold Schwarzenegger acted ‘inappropriately’ with ‘young and pretty’ co-stars during their time filming End Of Days in the 90s.

The Harry Potter star, 81, previously attacked Arnold’s conduct on the set of their 1999 film, alleging he farted in her face, but she continued to share her thoughts on the Terminator actor during a recent interview.

Arnold, 74, has not specifically addressed Miriam’s claims, but previously addressed accusations of inappropriate conduct, after six women spoke to the Los Angeles Times in 2003 about working with the Hollywood veteran, saying while the claims were ‘not true’ he admitted he had ‘behaved badly’ on sets at times.

Miriam was asked on Tuesday, during an appearance on Australian breakfast programme The Kyle and Jackie O Show, whether she liked working with Arnold: ‘No, I didn’t enjoy it at all. I thought he was full of himself…and a groper.

‘Not groping me, thankfully, but anybody else that was young and pretty, he felt they were fair game. That was what it was like then.’

In 2016, Miriam labelled Arnold a ‘pig of a man’, telling The Guardian: ‘We worked together [on the blockbuster End of Days] in 1999, and although he was relatively professional with me – because he didn’t fancy me – he was awfully gropey with women he was interested in.

‘He thought a lot of himself, but I wasn’t surprised: he was a bodybuilder from Austria who went on to became a worldwide star.’

Arnold has not responded to Miriam’s allegations, and she remains the only person from the cast to have publicly made such claims, which haven’t been corroborated by any other individuals from the film.

In 2003 while campaigning for California Governor, Arnold admitted he had ‘behaved badly’ following allegations of inappropriate behaviour toward women.

He said at the time: ‘It is true that I was on rowdy movie sets and I have done things that were not right which I thought then was playful.

‘But now I recognise that I offended people. Those people that I have offended, I want to say to them I am deeply sorry about that and I apologise because that’s not what I’m trying to do.’

The actor insisted ‘a lot of [what] you see in the stories is not true, but at the same time, I have to tell you that I always say, that wherever there is smoke, there is fire. That is true’.

In 2003, the Los Angeles Times published an interview with six women who claimed Schwarzenegger had inappropriately touched them without their consent.

The women alleged that one incident took place in 1970s, two in the 1980s, two in the 1990s and one in 2000.

He added in a Men’s Health interview in 2018: ‘Looking back, I stepped over the line several times, and I was the first one to say sorry. I feel bad about it, and I apologise.’

Miriam also spoke again on claims Arnold ‘farted’ in her face while filming together, which she previously raised during an appearance on Have I Got News For You earlier this month: ‘I got my throat slit with a glass table at the end (of the film), and I remember Schwarzenegger farting right in my face as I lay on the floor trying not to move.

‘I shouted: ‘F*** you, Arnie!’ I was very angry.’
