Top 20 Primark must-haves now it’s FINALLY open – including loads of accessories for under £2

THE day has finally come – Primark has reopened their UK stores and we couldn’t be happier about it.

Unlike most retailers, Primark does not have a website so has lost money during lockdowns – £1.1 billion in the last six months, according to Retail Gazette.

Tips to plan your trip:

  • A limit on the amount of customers will be enforced so make sure you have time to queue and think tactically about which shop to go to – try ones in business districts where usual footfall might be lower.
  • Store hours will be extended by two hours to help with social distancing with some bigger stores opening from 7am from 10pm. Savvy shoppers say early morning and later in the evening will be quietest.
  • Toilets will be closed so map out where the nearest open public toilet will be – think supermarkets or cafes and pubs with outdoor seating.
  • Beauty bars will be open in selected stores but there will be no testers, no waiting area, and you will be asked to sanitize your hands on entry.
  • Fitting rooms will be closed for the time being but this will be reviewed in time. For now, write a list of what you want and try on your old Primark clobber to get your correct size before you shop. That way, you won’t have to return items.
  • Primark’s returns policy is business as usual, AND any returns you have for Primark with a return date up to 31 January 2021 can be returned within 28 days after the stores reopen.

For more fashion bargains, In The Style has a secret outlet where you can pick up Jac Jossa & Saffron Barker pieces for a couple of quid.
