Fashion fans in uproar as Primark brings back cult Noughties trend they ‘couldn’t be paid enough’ to revisit

THERE was a time in the Noughties when you couldn’t go anywhere without encountering hordes of women wearing them.

And now one of the biggest trends of the decade looks set to rear its head once again – but not everyone is on board with a revival.

Emily took to her TikTok page to share a video of the walls of Primark lined with ballet pumps in all different colours.

“The ballet flat revival is here gals and has landed in Primark,” she wrote over the top of the clip.

“I don’t think my ankles can take it again.”

And the majority of people in the comments section were quick to agree that the trend is best left in the fashion vaults.
