A new Real Housewives franchise is always a good idea and the latest rumors state viewers could be heading to Nashville for a new group of ladies to follow.

The rumor mill is in overdrive at the moment with claims that ‘The Real Housewives of Nashville’ style project is not only in the works, but there’s already a cast in place.

According to TMZ, the likes of actress Jana Kramer and Jason Aldean’s sister Kasi Wicks have been hinting the fact they are filming for the show.

The ladies will reportedly be joined by the likes of Tyler Rich’s wife Sabina Gadecki, Alexis Allen, and Dee Jay Silver’s wife Jenna Perdue to film in the Tennessee city.

However, the project is not guaranteed to follow the Real Housewives format and might not even air on Bravo.

The project is currently in the works at NBC, meaning the final result could actually end up on their streaming service, Peacock, or on E!

Before we all get too excited, nothing is really official just yet as no contracts have actually been signed.

So far, fans have been clinging to the teaser Jana posted on April 9 which saw her sitting in a barstool type chair in her living room.

‘About today… any guesses?!’ she captioned the photo set.

Jana – who is married to Mike Caussin and mother to their two kids – is no stranger to TV and reality show so she’d be a great casting.

Elsewhere, Brittany Aldean has made it clear she is not involved in any way as she took to Instagram Story on Monday saying: ‘apparently it’s new. It was apparently filming going on that I am unaware of.’

After her husband said it’s ‘fake news’, she agreed before teasing in another clip: ‘It would be entertaining thoooo.’
