Louis Theroux and Jason Derulo are the unlikely team-up of the year as they drop the official music video for Jiggle Jiggle.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, deep, deep underground for the past few months, you’ve likely heard documentary maker Louis rapping ‘My money don’t jiggle jiggle, it folds.’

The audio clip went massively viral on TikTok, sparking remixes and memes, after Louis was asked by Chicken Shop Date creator Amelia Dimoldenberg during an interview if he could remember any of a rap he used to know.

Weird Weekends presenter Louis had learned the simple rap for an episode of his show back in 2000, and happily repeated part of it to Amelia – with no clue about what would happened next.

Now, on the back of the clip’s absolutely massive popularity, Louis and Whatcha Say chart-topper Jason have starred in a music video for an official duet remix of the song, which sees both stars rapping.

The video also features Amelia, who is on a date with Louis in a chicken shop (we wonder where we got that idea) before the pair drive around London in a car, ordering drive-thrus.

Sorry, drive-Therouxs.

The video for the tune, released on Thursday evening, sees Louis, Amelia and Jason visit chicken shops and late-night diners across London.

In the video, the broadcaster, 52, sings:’“My money don’t jiggle jiggle, it folds / I like to see you wiggle wiggle, for sure / It makes me wanna dribble dribble, you know.

‘Riding in my Fiat, you really have to see it,’ he continues, before ordering 500 nuggets from a McDonald’s.

Jason, 32, then joins in from a diner with his own lyrics, and both raps and sings throughout the track, including keeping up the tradition of singing of his own name.

The song amassed over 70 million global streams from its appearance on TikTok after DJ and producing duo Duke & Jokes set Louis’ rap to a backing track and posted it to the social media platform.

And now the video, which has over 165,000 views on YouTube just hours after its release, marks Louis’ first single, the buzz from which still ‘mystifies’ him.

He told The New York Times in June: ‘I got an email: “Hey, a remix of the rap you did on Chicken Shop Date is going viral and doing extraordinary things on TikTok.”

‘I’m, like, “Well, that’s funny and weird.”‘

When asked if the attention has actually earned Louis the money he boasts to have in Jiggle Jiggle, he responded: ‘I sincerely hope we can all make some jiggle jiggle out of the phenomenon.

‘Or maybe some fold… So far, it’s been more on the jiggle end.’

Meanwhile, Amelia told Metro.co.uk, admitted she ‘didn’t expect [the reaction] at all.

‘I mean, well done to me for asking Louis such a brilliant question, “can you remember any of the rap that you did?”, ha.

‘I think that is what is so brilliant about TikTok, a rap Louis made up over 20 years ago for a BBC documentary can re-appear on Chicken Shop Date, be clipped up and shared and then be remixed by DJs Duke and Jones.

‘Where else could content be regurgitated into something completely unrecognisable? It’s also been amazing to see so many people from all over the world use the sound and learn the dance.

‘Connecting us all together, I love it. TikTok is magical!’
